Kia America!!! My car was stolen and totaled. No one would give me full coverage because it was a KIA and I live in Canton, OH. Your dealership Diehl Kia of Massillon was supposed to have fixed the anti theft problem when I had it there getting my new engine. It was not fixed!!! I am at a loss of $16,000 that I paid last September for my 2015 Kia Soul. You had my car for 6 months of that time Diehl Kia in Massilon. I'm out $16,000 and your worthless manager told me to file an insurance claim and obviously I cannot because I was denied full coverage by multiple companies because of the high theft rate. I have tried multiple times to file for that lousy class action lawsuit but the website doesn't work properly and I've left a message multiple times to get the info in the mail and of course never got a thing!!! Although that only would give me back about $3300. That doesn't sound fair to me. I m disabeled and need my vehicle. I am currently paying between $50 and $100 a week to get my son to school. Also I can't get to my counseling or other doctor appointments. I went to JD buyrider in Canton and they will not even sell a KIA in this area!!! And no I wasn't trying to get another one that is just something they told me they refuse to do. No I didn't get another car because I can't afford it!!! #BOYCOTT KIA AMERICA #BOYCOTT DIEHL KIA OF MASSILLON

The people I dealt with were great. The service after the purchase, not so great. Two days after purchase brought in for ceramic coat, interior protection and undercoat. Told I would get a rental. No rental . All day without a car. Issues not addressed. Took back . Kept the whole day again with no rental. Issues still not happy but can’t be without a car so I will except what I have. Hope this isn’t a sign of how things are going to be. We all know if it has wheels it’s going to give you problems. How those problems are handled tells me whether or not I go back for my next car.

Easy car buying process with Mason Ford! My daughter and I were looking for a vehicle to replace hers that was recently totaled in an accident. We found a 2020 Kia Optima online and made the 90 minute trip to Diehl Auto. Mason took his time answering all of our questions and was patient when we switched gears and wanted to test drive other vehicles. I Purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival back in November. Keonta Bell is a great salesman very knowledgeable great to work with. Before I pulled out of the parking lot I quickly tried to connect to the Apple CarPlay. It wouldn’t connect so I drove home thinking it was a setting or minor update fix. After a few weeks of updating, reading forums and factory resets, I finally gave up and made an appointment at Diehl’s service department. They said it should be a simple update. After updating it still wasn’t connecting so they said the only thing left to do was to replace the $1,000+ head unit. The tech assured me that if I had just purchased it and it wasn’t working when I bought it the dealership should take care of it. I spoke to the sales manager to see if they would cover the cost he said he would need to get back to me after talking to the service department, and would get back to me by noon. After a few days of not hearing back from him I tried calling a few more times leaving voicemails. He didn’t return my calls so I called Keonta he put me on hold and talked to the sales manager. When he came back on he said that unfortunately it’s not under warranty so they won’t pay for it. After a bit of pushback they said they would cover half. This is the review I posted the day I made that phone call. Since then we had the head replaced and we paid our half. A week or so later I got a call from the sales department at Diehl saying they saw my review and would like to reimburse the $580 if I would take down my review. I agreed and in good faith took down the review immediately. After a week and a half of not seeing the refund the review is going back up.

I wanted to leave a better review but my experience hasn't been great. I am having issue with the entertainment system in the vehicle, I've contacted the dealership about this three times and no one gets back to me. I asked for documents on how to get it to work during the sales process and they were never provided. Having issue with getting the Kia App to connect to the vehicle. Three different people at the dealership told me what to do. None of them were right. Again, no one getting back to me to fix this. Called my sales rep twice about an item left in my trade in. He doesn't call me back and doesn't seem to care about any post sale relationship. Still frustrated that I came in with a preapproval letter and specifically asked them to only use what I provided. The sales rep confirmed they would do this. Then they ran my credit for a different company. I was very specific about not wanting them to do this. Terrible communication. I would not trust them on anything they say and don't expect them to follow up on anything they tell you. Overall a really bad experience.

On most of our Kia repairs (unless there are scheduling issues that require us to get into another shop for quick maintenance), we have used Kia Diehl and working with Molly, Lexie, or most recently, Jaime, we have been impressed with how the advisors work for us, don't try to pile on repairs, and seek to help us find the best options for us. They have earned our trust over the years and we are grateful to be able to work with them for the upkeep and repairs on our Kia vehicles

If you're looking for a Kia, this is the place to buy a one. Other Kia dealers I've gone to were pushy, rude and condescending. I traveled over an hour to buy a car and was very happy when I left the Diehl dealership.

I recently inquired about a car and received a call today to discuss the model and price. During the conversation, I mentioned a price of $38k, which I believed was reasonable. However, the person I spoke with was very rude, and I found his behavior offensive. I hadn’t even taken a test drive or spent days negotiating—our interaction lasted less than 10 minutes. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The OTD price is $41k, and I was simply making an initial inquiry. This isn’t the way you speak to customers.

My Hisband and I stopped in just to look. We did not think we could get what we wanted since the Kia Soul we bought in 2021, was so much. Daniel was so attentive and the entire team made sure we walked out with our new car, and the financing that was best for us. I don't believe another car dealer would have taken the time. If they were the last car dealership on earth, I would convert to Amish and buy a buggy. Gross incompetence. NEVER take your car here to be serviced. We took our (then) brand new Kia in here for a warranty repair of a recurring issue ELEVEN times without resolution over a 3 year period. They kept the car for WEEKS on several occasions and idiotically replaced the engine twice. The car had to be towed each time and this was the closest dealership to where we lived (which is why it kept ending up there). We finally broke down for the TWELFTH time due to the same issue in Akron and had it towed to a dealership there. Within two hours the Akron dealership had diagnosed that the issue was a missing panel on the bottom of the car causing moisture to impact a sensor. They installed the panel and resolved the issue permanently for us in under a day. Kia should revoke this dealership’s ability to perform warrant repairs. 3 YEARS of not being able to drive my car outside of a 50 mile radius for fear it would break down because the brain trust techs they have in their service department couldn’t figure out there was a panel missing!
